If you go to the beach....

Don't feed the seagulls, they are like vultures. If you feed one there will be about 10 more coming in for some food too and then they will be bugging everyone around you and trying to steal their food.

Don't yell out BIRD FLU if you see someones chips getting eaten by a seagull.

Don't put your baby in a baby seat facing the sun, not cool.

If you use an umbrella and it is windy be careful, the umbrella may fly away and hit someone who won't be happy and may try to kick your ass.

If you smoke please, please, please take your butts with you when you leave. There is nothing worse then your kid coming up to you with a smoked butt and asks "what is this mom?" ICK!!!

Remember that if you drink 6 beers within 45 minutes, the sun and beer are going to knock you out....nighty night.

When choosing a spot on the beach, do not and I repeat DO NOT sit on top of other people, there is plenty of space on the beach, no reason you need to invade someone elses space.

Do wear lots of sunscreen and enjoy your day at the beach with your family.

Memory

I remember there was a time that I had a great memory. I never forgot a thing. Well 3 kids later and I have no memory whatsoever. Where the heck did it go? I can be told something and will have forgotten about it 2 minutes later, no lie.

Now that I am back out in the working world, I really notice it alot and I hate it. If I don't write down what someone tells me it is out of my head. It gives me such a bad feeling about myself and I don't know how to make it change.

Does our memory come back, or is it lost forever?

Of course the thing that I most remember are the things that my husband does or does not do, those I don't forget. Why is that?

No disrespect in this post, but....

I hate to say that if you are going to have a job working with the public than please, please learn how to speak and understand english.

All that it does is piss people off if they don't get what they ordered and think that they paid for it and then are asked for more money.

I am just saying.

Two-Faced....

Imagine being born with 2 faces. This poor kitten was born this past week in Ohio. I saw a clip online and found it fascinating that this could happen. The little boy of the family whom I would say was around 10 said that the kitten hadn't eaten yet and would probably die. It was so sad to hear that.

Why do things like that happen in animals and humans? It is just bizarre.

$32,275.00

I had to fill out a check with that amount of money on it. OMG!!!!

Not even my money and I about vomited. My hand was shaking, I almost passed out.

I can't stop thinking about it.

I think I wish it was my money and going to me, but it wasn't, bummer.

Golf

Spencer eats, sleeps and plays golf. The kid can't get enough. He has been playing for 3 years now. He does a junior golf program one day a week and today he had an individual lesson in which he learned what he has been doing wrong.

We were leaving the golf course and he says "you know how dad always hits it to the right?" I said "yes" "well, I do it too and today I learned how not to hit it to the right and I can show dad what he is doing wrong"

OMG, I almost peed my pants. He is 9.5 and he is going to teach his 43 year old father how to play golf. I love it!!!

He came home from his lesson and practiced chipping in the backyard. He said that there was an older professional golfer who chipped it into a bucket for practice and so Spencer set up a bucket and did lots of chipping.

If he just keeps practicing he could be the next Tiger Woods, that wouldn't be so bad.

50 First Dates!!

50 First Dates was on this weekend and "oh my God" do I love this movie. I watched it originally like 2 years ago and thought it was good, but re-watching it this weekend made me really love it.

I love Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore, they both make me laugh.

Cheers to TBS for showing it every night for 3 nights, 2 times a night. I got my fill, but could definately watch it again.

The 3rd Child.....

I was the 3rd child and now I have a 3rd child and boy does being the 3rd child suck.

My 3rd child is 4 and 5 years younger than his siblings and I was 4 and 6 years younger than mine, so I know where he is coming from. He wants to be bigger and do everything that his siblings are doing. He wants to be with them all the time. I was the same way, I remember crying alot and he is crying alot.

I feel for my oldest children because they are so good to him but they need a break from him also and he doesn't understand this at the age of 5. When my oldest daughter has a playdate over, my youngest thinks that he should play with them and though they will let him play with them they also have times where they don't want him around and it is so hard for him to understand this. I try to play with him, but that isn't what he wants. He wants what he wants when he wants it.

I remember fighting with my siblings all the time and I know they hated that I existed and I know my other 2 feel the same way at times.

I am banking on that when they are older they will all be the best of friends like I am now with my siblings, but until than, it sucks.

I let Rascal go....

I decided that it was time for our baby Robin to venture into the wild where he belongs.

It was 4th of July and I thought it would be a good day to release him.

I went out onto my back deck and took him out of his cage and he flew high onto the roof and I yelled to him "yipee, good job!!" He then flew to the tree next to the roof and landed on a branch. I was so proud of my offspring.

After a few minutes of resting on the branch a Robin came out of no where and attacked him. I was flabbergasted, I couldn't believe it. Rascal fell to the ground and I ran over to get him, but he was pissed. He was making this clicking noise that I had never heard of before.

I picked him up and put him back in his cage and then brought him out to the front yard and left him in his cage with the door open, but he was too scared to come out.

After about 2 hours I finally got him out and he flew away and we haven't seen him since.

He has been gone for 2 days now and we still look around for him, but he is gone.

We miss him.

One of my many pet peeves....

Is when I am talking to someone on the phone and they are talking to their children while I am trying to sputter out a sentence.

Please, don't call me if you are going to be talking to your kids the whole time. PLEASE!!!!
