Easter Egg Hunt

Owen is the only one left able to do the egg hunt. We got our spot and Alexis and Spencer gave him the rules of an Easter Egg Hunt. They pointed out the Silver Egg and told Owen that he needed to get that in order to get a prize. I, of course, told him to not worry about the Silver Egg, but to get lots of eggs. Who do you think he listened too? Not me!

The horn blows and he raced to a Silver Egg and got it, but than wouldn't pick up the other eggs. He would be next to an egg to pick it up and he would see another kid in the corner of his eye and he would walk away from the egg, like he was letting the other kids pick them up. I was dying.

He ended up with 7 eggs filled with candy and 1 Silver Egg. With the Silver Egg he won himself a prize. He won 2 boats and he is just thrilled.

It was a fun day and now the kids are ready for the Easter Bunny.
